Sunkist Building

The Sunkist Building was built in 1929 for the Heilprin Produce Company.The building fronted a rail siding for the Illinois Gulf Central railroad with a painted sign advertising Sunkist Oranges. The original mural still adorns the east side of the building today.

The building now includes the offices for Delta Properties, engineering groups, lawyers, software engineers, and a major fiber switch with battery backup and redundant power generation.
