Delta Properties developed the Gilson Street warehouse for Wisconsin's South Central Library System to meet their needs for fleet space, secure loading, book sorting, and offices. Concrete tilt up construction provided a flexible and cost-effective workspace for their statewide operations with ready access to arterial roads.
