Airport Park is a commercial condominium built to provide ownership options for companies and individuals needing quality warehouse or flex space. The project is located on land directly adjacent to the Dane County Regional Airport. Delta Properties contracted with the Newcomb Company to construct about 25,000 square feet of concrete tilt-up warehouse space. The building is strategically located adjacent to the Dane County Regional Airport and contains eleven units that average about 2300 square feet each. The project was well received and sold largely to business owners and individuals associated with Madison’s east side and nearby cities.

Wall panels are 20 feet high. Overhead doors are 12′ wide and 14′ high. Electrical services provide 200 amp three phase power to each unit. ADA bathrooms and utility sinks were also included in each unit. Most owners further customized the units to their own plans and specifications.
