The Sunkist Building was built in 1929 for the Heilprin Produce Company.The building fronted a rail siding for the Illinois Gulf Central railroad with a painted sign advertising Sunkist Oranges.
The building now includes the offices for Delta Properties, engineering groups, lawyers, software engineers, and a major fiber switch with battery backup and redundant power generation.
