Delta Properties purchased the building at 633 West Main Street from the AJ Sweet Company, a long time Madison produce wholesaler. A.J. Sweet used the building as a cooler with a loading dock on the north end. The building was gutted and converted to offices for the Wisconsin Chapter of The Nature Conservancy in 1995. The renovation features the original wood joists of a barrel vaulted roof supported by arched steel girders. Mezzanine space was incorporated between the steel girders. The typical floor is a clay red pigmented concrete. The Nature Conservancy continues to occupy the building today.
