The Kennedy Dairy was constructed in 1929 as Madison’s first sanitary dairy bottling plant.

In 2017 Delta Properties renovated the building to house offices for the The Center for Healthy Minds (CHM) at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. The design concept integrated the two story layout to serve multiple CHM research teams studying the effect of mediation practices on the human brain.

The open office design features multiple conference rooms to facilitate collaboration among team members.

Ample daylighting reaches all users from a skylight atrium and windows on all sides of the building. A research meditation room is located on the first floor and a staff auditorium that seats up to 100 researchers on the second floor.
